FAQs

How do I place an order?
You can order through our online order form, by WhatsApp, or by email. Once we receive your order we'll confirm availability and send you a secure payment link.
Can I order same day?
Yes! Same day orders are welcome subject to availability. For best results we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance. Specials (Tamal, Lechona, Pollo Relleno) require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order, we send you a secure Monzo payment link via WhatsApp or email. No payment is taken until your order is confirmed.
Do you deliver outside London?
We deliver across Greater London in 5 zones from Aldgate: under 2 miles (free), 2–4 miles (£4), 4–7 miles (£6), 7–10 miles (£8). For 10+ miles or outside Greater London please contact us directly.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Yes! We offer vegan and gluten-free empanadas across our frozen and freshly made ranges. Look out for the 🌱 symbol on our menu.
How do I cook the frozen products?
Empanadas: fry from frozen in hot oil (180°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Arepas: heat in a non-stick pan on medium heat for 3–4 minutes each side, or on a griddle. No need to defrost.
Can I order for a party or event?
Absolutely! We love catering for celebrations. Our Cocktail Empanadas are perfect for parties, and our Specials (Lechona, Pollo Relleno) are ideal for larger gatherings. Get in touch and we'll put together the perfect spread for you.
